Oh

I had been waiting so long for Series 3 of Gavin and Stacey I almost forgot about it! I finally finished watching it the other night and was so happy with the way it went. Three series was perfect for this show - short and sweet, but still a little sad to come to the end ... knd-of like finishing a really great book.

Phew! Something new.

Here's a look at some new things in the shop (and soon to come)! I've been an Internet refugee for the past couple of days while switching providers. I'm not proud to admit this, but, omg! It's almost as bad as being with-out a phone!

I really like astrology. I wouldn't go so far as to say I live by it, though, and I certainly don't consult a daily scope because like most sound minded people I tend to leave those articles thinking "gee, that's not vague". However, I would agree that perhaps the time of year in which we're born may bring certain attributes to our character ... and if those are made simpler to define under the name of a constellation, so be it! I'm a Sagittarius and after finding this little astrology site and doing my Birth Chart I discovered my ascendant sign is Capricorn. The author of this site tells you that you're as much your ascendant sign as your sun sign and that this means you should read both horoscopes for each sign when consulting the cosmos. Men

Why hello there, Gucci. Finally some decent men's wear. Not just decent, but gorgeous. Additionally, the models mostly look like men rather than boys which is refreshing. All models are obviously attractive, but I find it un-appealing when models look like pubescent boys and girls. I understand most models are teens - youth is beautiful, but age distinguishes and adds character...it's nice to see!

Rainy Day Women

I like to think that one day I'll have a much better picture taking operation than what I currently have going. I actually don't mind my current one so much, but I rely on natural lighting, and when it's dark and rainy (it is today), it's awful. So, two down and more to go when the sun comes out...or at least until the clouds go. Sigh. Find these dresses here...

Just so you know...

My 'just for now' job has come to an end! Although I will miss all the girls I worked with I'm thrilled to be back to my own hours and having more time and freedom to do the things I care about. Through-out my 'for now' job (a bloody year!) I thought I would be able to balance keeping my Etsy shop up on the side, but it proved to be a little more challenging and time consuming than I thought, so I'm excited to share that within the next couple weeks things will be back in full swing (I promise)! I've some great pieces lined up, so please check them out! Haha! Business indeed!

Aren't these toothpaste heads the cutest? They're promoted as encouraging children to brush their teeth, but why should kids get all the fun? I want one too!
